This intelligent link makes it simple to enter and retrieve guest information so that Reception is always kept up to date on guest status, bar and restaurant expenses, and room availability.

      The flexibility of BusinessPhone Hotel means that your guests can access a range of features to suit their needs by providing:

    Wake-Up Calls -

      Guests can programme wake-up calls with automatic voice confirmation and announcements. Calls can be logged by the front desk, with wake-up announcements in up to three different languages.

    Do Not Disturb -

      The Do Not Disturb feature is guest activated and ensures all incoming calls are directed to the Front Desk. The system provides the flexibility for calls to be screened by the operator, and messages directed to the guest’s room, voice mail or put straight through in an emergency.

    Direct Dial -

      Guests have direct access to outside lines, linked to the central call accounting package for ease of bill calculation.

    Guest to Guest Calling -

      To make communication simple, guests can directly access other rooms. This feature can be controlled by the Front Desk through individual or group room blocking functions. Total room blocking can be automated so that at a preset time (for example midnight) calls will be diverted to the night staff.

    Messaging -

      The system provides guests with a personal voice mail facility so that they can access messages directly.

    When guests Check-in, their room telephone is automatically unbarred. When Check-Out occurs, the phone can be closed and any user programmed functions can be cancelled.

    On Screen Guest Information

    All staff have the ability to gain instant access to a range of guest information. This information will provide your staff with the confidence to communicate with your guests on a more personal level, and to understand their unique needs.

    Immediate Room Status

    Staff also have the ability from any system telephone to verify the status of each guest’s room. Cleaning staff can update this information instantly through the guest’s room telephone, ensuring that Reception always has current information. At a programmed time each day, BusinessPhone Hotel can also automatically convert all occupied rooms to uncleaned status.

    Improved Internal Communication

    The BusinessPhone Hotel system ensures staff are never out of touch. In-built paging features, plus the flexibility to use the lightweight BusinessPhone Cordless Phones, means that locating key staff while they remain mobile is simple.
